Request an Indian phone number for your AI voice agents.

Click Request Number to open the number request form. Indian phone numbers require regulatory compliance review before provisioning.
Indian phone numbers are subject to TRAI compliance requirements. All requests are reviewed by the osmTalk admin team and provisioned within 24 hours of document verification.
Request Form
Fill in the following details to submit your request:

| Business Name | Your registered business or organisation name |
| Purpose | How you intend to use the number (e.g., customer support, outbound campaigns) |
| Registration Certificate URL | Link to your business registration certificate hosted on Google Drive or Dropbox |
| GST Certificate URL | Link to your GST certificate hosted on Google Drive or Dropbox |
Make sure the document links are set to Anyone with the link can view before submitting. The admin team will not be able to review restricted documents.
What Happens Next
- Request submitted — Your request is queued for admin review
- Document verification — The osmTalk team verifies your compliance documents against TRAI requirements
- Number provisioned — Once approved, the number is assigned to your account
- Notification — You receive a notification when the number is ready to use
The entire process typically completes within 24 hours of submission.
After Provisioning
Once your number is active, you can:
- Assign it to an agent from the Phone Numbers page
- Edit the friendly name or change the assigned agent at any time
- View per-minute usage charges in your Billing page
Why Documents Are Required
India's Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRAI) mandates that all businesses using virtual phone numbers for automated or AI-driven communications submit valid business registration and GST documentation. This is a one-time requirement per number request.
