Organizations

Create and switch between organizations to manage separate agents, numbers, and billing.

Organizations group your agents, phone numbers, API keys, and billing into isolated workspaces. You can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them at any time.

Default Organization

When you sign up, osmTalk automatically creates a default organization for your account. All resources you create are scoped to the currently active organization.

Creating an Organization

  1. Click the organization name in the sidebar dropdown
  2. Select New Organization
  3. Enter an organization name
  4. Click Create

You can create up to 5 organizations per user account.

Switching Organizations

  1. Click the organization name in the sidebar dropdown
  2. Click the name of the organization you want to switch to

The dashboard immediately reloads in the context of the selected organization. All agents, numbers, keys, and billing shown are scoped to that organization.

What Each Organization Has

Each organization maintains its own isolated set of resources:

Shared Credits

Credits are shared across osmTalk and osmAPI at the organization level. A top-up made in one platform is available to spend on both. See Billing Overview for details.
