Top Up Credits
How to add credits to your account.
Adding Credits
- Go to Dashboard → Billing (or click the credit balance in the sidebar)
- Choose a preset amount (₹10, ₹50, ₹100, ₹500) or enter a custom amount
- Click to open the Razorpay checkout
- Pay via card, UPI, or netbanking
- Credits are added to your account within seconds
Minimum top-up amount is ₹10.
Fee Breakdown
When you top up, a small processing fee is added:

Example: Top up ₹100
Base amount: ₹100.00
Platform fee (6%): ₹6.00
Processing (2%): ₹2.12

Credits you add on osmTalk also work on osmAPI — and vice versa. Both platforms share the same balance.

Viewing Transactions
The Billing page shows two tabs:
- Transactions — All top-ups and deductions with timestamps
- Usage — Voice call costs with per-component breakdown (LLM, STT, TTS, SIP)
Payment Methods
osmTalk uses Razorpay for payment processing. Accepted methods:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Netbanking (all major Indian banks)
- Wallets
